Futurelife Smart Food Original – 500g is an instant cereal meal that mixes with milk or water and requires no cooking. The current Original formula is low GI, high in energy, protein and dietary fibre, and contains Omega-3, inulin, selenium, Moducare, 21 vitamins and minerals, and 19 amino acids. The front pack specifies that it is high in 19 vitamins and minerals.
Preparation
- As a meal: use the pack’s age-based serving guide—30g for ages 4–6, 40g for ages 7–9, and 50g from age 10 upward—and add approximately 2.5ml milk or water per gram of cereal. Adjust liquid to your preferred consistency.
- As a shake: mix 50g Futurelife with 150–200ml water, milk or yoghurt. Shake or blend for an on-the-go meal.

SmartMaize™ (whole maize flour, whole soya bean flour, icing sugar [sugar, corn starch]), fat powder (vegetable oil [palm mesocarp], glucose syrup, sodium caseinate [cow’s milk], silicon dioxide [E551]), soya isolate, maize flour, rice flour, calcium carbonate, salt, flavouring, inulin, vitamins, minerals, choline, stabiliser (E460), Moducare®, pine extract, plant sterols and sterolins.
Allergens: Contains soya and cow’s milk. Made in a facility that uses gluten and wheat. Contains genetically modified ingredients.
